As discussed in this Sunday’s Linked in Hollywood’s editorial we will explore the future of Hollywood’s Publicity engine. In Anne Helen Petersen article The Rules of the Game she gives a comprehensive look into yesterday’s and today’s publicity by cleverly breaking it into five acts.[1] However, we are interested  in the game of the future. So we will examine her article to help us predict where the game headed. For example, will the popular TMZ be around five years from now?  Should celebrities cut out the middleman in favor of direct publicity? Can social media put the paparazzi out of business? With the popularity of Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and Blogs the digital age is here to stay.  The question is how will the publicity rules change?
