The Telluride Film Festival takes place in Colorado from August 29th-September 2nd each year. It’s a bit like a summer camp for cinephiles, an intimate event that draws many loyal guests who return year after year. And they pay top dollar for passes tothe event in a pricey resort town that canbe hard to get to and offersfew low cost accommodations.
The film getting a lot of attention this year at the festival is director Steve McQueen’s film “12 Years a Slave” and some are saying its an Oscar contender. It’s due to be released in October of this year. Here take a look at the trailer.
