Some say the war on drugs is to blame for the American racial caste system.Trayvon Martin a young black male was shot and killed on February 26th, 2012 after being racially profiled by George Zimmerman in Sanford, Florida. On Saturday, July 13th, 2013 George Zimmerman was acquitted of all charges and many civil rights activist are looking for justice. Maybe appearing to be a gross over statement, I think you are correct to connect racial profiling with the dubious “War on Drugs.” It’s a waste of time to worry about where George Zimmerman’s motivations come from when the country sustains it’s hunger for free prison labor and sustains a culture of human enslavement. The documentaries do an excellent job of illustrating a practice that that isn’t covered anywhere in faux reality TV and the celebrity obsessed media.
