I’m taking my daughter to go see The Muppet Movie tomorrow morning! It’s hard to tell who is more excited, but it quite possibly be me since I grew up with them. 🙂
Since there is Oscar buzz, I guess I’ll eventually see “The Descendants?” Though I guess the Muppets are a possibility too.
First let me say I’ve seen BD Part 1 now 1.5 times. Something I’ve recognized with all these films are the acting limitations placed on all the the vampires. I think the critics are missing the fact that the actors who are not vampires should be scrutinized and taken to task given they have no restrictions placed on them, meaning they can express the full range of human emotions (yet don’t or can’t). The fact that Rob has managed to re-define how vampires are revered today despite playing a corpse that sparkles who can’t cry, bad dialogue, while under layers of white make-up and contacts should be a testimony to his talent. That’s all!!
