Ok, I definitely have to get a sitter this weekend!!!!!!!
OB? after we see CA, will we share a review on Movie Buzz or will there be a separate CA thread/post?
Unlike GL, I have been very excited about seeing this film! I think Chris Evans really took this seriously and it seems like it may not be too terribly campy.
CR–have you already bought your tickets??? 🙂
LB,
Sorry I haven’t bought the tickets yet, but I will see it. The reviews I have read are exceptionally positive.
By the way, the Rotten Tomatoes rating is rising. Now its at 71%.
Going to the 1:50 showing! Yeehaw! 🙂
This is for everyone but specifically CR;
OMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGOMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOSH!
Marvel NAILED it!!! Cannot wait to talk about with ya’ll! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh!!!!! And yes stay for the very bitter end and hells yeah I will be in theaters May 2012!!!!!
WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Now I’m definitely going.
Hubs looooved it and he is not a super hero guy. I noticed that there is less focus on the actual action of the super hero and more story and character development. You still see action, but it’s not a huge chunk of the film. I really hope you enjoy it CR. If not, I’ll eat crow. 🙂 But I think you will be pleasantly surprised with the overall message that is constantly being explored throughout the film.
And I know this is going to sound really ridiculous to everyone, but I wanted to get my own CA shield–not because he’s “sooo cool!” but what he represents. I was very uplifted and motivated!!!
