Will THOR hold on to number one again this weekend? Did other new release films stand out?  Surprisingly Bridesmaids came in second at the box office last weekend.[1] Did it do well because a good laugh was the answer for those looking forward to their upcoming nuptials?  Find out what film critics and consumers said about other newly released films as well.  Then we will help you decide if it’s worth the money.

Bridesmaids: R-What’s the buzz? Film critics are saying this film is funny and cringe worthy. Although, a lot of critics made note of the profanity they still said it was great fun and like the female version of Hangover.[2]  Consumers seem to equally agree, saying this film was the best summer comedy so far. So is it worth the money? A big Yes! Please see for yourself.

Priest: PG-13-What’s the buzz? Film critics are split about this film.  Some said this film was a long, boring Gothic mess. While others say it’s a mixed bag of styles that’s somewhat impressive. Many consumers were very definitive about their dislike for this film.  Saying the CGI and dialog was laughable.[2] Is it worth the money? No! Take a look for yourself.
