I have a feeling that Natalie and Colin will walk away with Oscars this year.
Welcome back 4string!!
I think you may be right! I think they are both going to walk away with Oscar’s this year!
Just got back from seeing The King’s Speech! Great Movie! Colin Firth deserves all the awards he is nominated for. 🙂
Kings Speech was a great film. It cleaned up this weekend Tom Hopper winning the Directors Guild award, Producer Guild award and now the SAG for best movie cast? I thought Social Network had a good cast also. For the Oscar’s I think Kings Speech and Social Network are going to be the two films to beat.
Welcome back Filmfan!!
It looks like the Oscar’s for best film, director and actor are going to King’s Speech! I’m still not sure about best actress. I think it’s a toss up between Portman and Bening. The supporting actor and actress Oscar wins are also a toss up between Bale and Rush.
Who do u guys think will win an Oscar for best supporting?
So here’s something interesting. Annette Bening has never won an Oscar! She’s been nominated 4 times. This might be hard to overlook given her age. Would be interesting if the Academy deviated from all these awards going to Natalie Portman….
Yay to everyone who won! I saw “The Fighter” twice with my hubs. We loved it and I am so glad Christian won, again!!! He was spot on. Still need to go see “king’s Speech”. I don’t even know if it’s playing around here.
Welcome!!!
The King’s speech was fantastic. You will enjoy it.
Littlebells, you made it over! *waves*
I’d like to see Natalie Portman win best actress, Colin Firth for best actor and The Social Network for best film.
